Pricing Unless otherwise stated, all of the products mentioned on the website will be sold at MRP. Prices will be charged on the date of delivery at the rates stated at the time of purchase. When the order is delivered, no additional fees will be taken or refunded, as necessary, if the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery.
Cancellation by Site / Customer If you are not home when your basket is delivered, it will be placed with the person you specify (such as a neighbour or security guard). You may cancel your order on the same day by contacting our customer service team at sthiranaturals@gmail.com. In this case, any payment made for the order will be refunded.
General Policy for All Consumers and Members
- Sthira Naturals is an integrated Natural agriculture product & service provider. Consumers agree to purchase farm products from our group of farmers, suppliers, franchises, or agents registered with Sthira Naturals.
- Consumers understand that agriculture has inherent risks and uncertainties related to changing climate, water availability, labor availability, and incidence of pests and diseases. Therefore, the quantity, quality, and consistency of supply of farm produce cannot be guaranteed.
- Sthira Naturals verifies and ascertains the authenticity of farm produce and other products supplied by farmers, suppliers, franchises, or agents.
- Sthira Naturals conducts routine quality control checks to ensure that the farmers supplying to Sthira Naturals adhere to Natural farming practices.
- Consumers who wish to be part of Sthira Naturals can register online at our website. Registered consumers will have access to Naturally grown fruits & vegetables, organic grocery, organic home care products, snacks, and bakery products.
Products/Service
Some goods or services might only be available online on the website. These goods or services could be in short supply and can only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.
We strive to ensure that the colours and photos of our products displayed on the website are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the exact accuracy of colour display on your monitor.
Payment Facility
Sthira Naturals will not be liable for any damages, interests, claims, or losses resulting from a failure to process a transaction or delays beyond our control.
The website allows payments via multiple modes, including cash on delivery (COD), virtual payment wallets, and online payments through debit/credit cards and internet banking.
While availing of any payment method available on the website, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising due to:
