Shipping & Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that Sthira Naturals’ free shipping policy is applicable only when specified as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.

It is imperative to provide a complete postal address, including the pin code, email ID, and contact number, to facilitate the shipment of your order. Please ensure to verify your pin code and contact number before finalizing your order.

If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within three working days. However, if some of the ordered items are out of stock, we will arrange for their production and dispatch within 10 working days from the date of order placement. Rest assured, we will keep you informed in such situations.

Our courier partners are equipped to deliver shipments from Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM and 7 PM. Please note that delivery is not available on public holidays and Sundays. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your order tracking details. We appreciate your patience until then.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled if they have already been processed for dispatch. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at sthiranaturals@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. If the cancellation request is made within this time frame and the order has not been dispatched, we will initiate a refund.

Refunds for cancelled orders (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method. Please note that transaction charges may be deducted based on payment gateway policies.

If an order is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances such as unavailability of stock, incorrect pricing, or fraudulent transactions, a full refund will be initiated immediately.

RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

In Case of Damaged Product:
  • Notification: Please notify Sthira Naturals of any damaged products within 5 days from the delivery date via email to sthiranaturals@gmail.com
  • Required Information: In your email, include the order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and 3 clear images of the damaged product.
  • Resolution: We will promptly re-send and replace the damaged product(s) and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
  • Response Time: Our team will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance thereafter.
In Case of Missing Product:
  • Notification: Inform Sthira Naturals of any missing products within 5 days from the delivery date via email to sthiranaturals@gmail.com.
  • Required Information: Include the order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received.
  • Resolution: While we do not accept refund requests for missing products, we will promptly re-send the missing item.
  • Response Time: Expect a response from our team within 24-48 hours, followed by full assistance.
In Case of Spoiled Product:
  • Notification: Notify Sthira Naturals of any spoiled products within 10 days from the delivery date via email to sthiranaturals@gmail.com.
  • Required Information: Provide the order number, date of packaging/ date of manufacture, and clear images or video of the spoiled product.
  • Resolution: We do not accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are completely natural. However, we will investigate and work with you to find an amicable solution.
  • Replacement: If necessary, the product will be replaced after due investigation and diligence.
  • Response Time: Our team will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance thereafter.
